The VA/VE activity is an important part of our product development process. Our Value Analysis examines materials and processes to improve part quality and reduce costs. The Value Engineering side focuses on new product development and helps indentify and prevent problems before production. VA/VE is an integral part of our Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), and is a major contributor to the success of Universal Tube and our customers.
